What do you think is the saddest Regina Spektor song, and why? I was thinking about this today and I think it’s hard to actually pick.

I don’t really understand, Regina has NEVER been one style, as demonstrated here, here, here, here and here. She explores SO many different styles. This doesn’t mean she’s changed, Regina just evolves backwards forewards sideways up down and around and through the time space dimension and then back again. Don’t worry.

#YOLO
– Sylvia Plath
joshishollywood:
“I’m afraid he bled out and died on the operating table. There was nothing we could do.”
The woman buried her face in her hands, sobbing. The doctor sighed. This was always his least favourite part.
“I’m sorry for your loss. Truly. But you know… #YOLO”

I think I just witnessed the northern lights on a very small Yorkshire scale. The sky was all ominous and green and flashy. Its weird, if I could lock up all the moments where I sit next to my window gazing out on all the different skies that are all painted different shades, often reflecting my very own moods and days, I would. I don’t know, I can never be fully alone when...

The problem with the Perks move is that each of the actors fit the characters moderately well. But that is only moderately. No more. So although they fit, they don’t scream out or break any foundation or there is no intrigue about them, they are just actors who kind of adapt each of the characters looks and personalities in real life so you kind of know already how they are going to map...

Anonymous asked: Thank you for your insight :) I find it quite true. My love life you ask? They say that ''As long as we can see the same sky, breathe the same air, step on the same planet, then you and I are not impossible." But who am I to agree to disagree with that?
chilloutdickwad asked: "'Valerie' is actually Valerie Star from Tampa, FL,USA, and the song was written after a romantic entanglement between her and Dave McCabe."

Does she have ginger hair?
Yes! And she has a fairly quirky style. She does look like the type of Bohemian literature student turned into teacher traditionalist. Its really weird because she has all these big ideas and brash opinions, but she’s fairly small in persona, like she doesn’t...

My english teacher told me today that the song ”Valerie” was wrote about her. I am just in SHOCK. Okay maybe that’s a bit of an overstatement and I don’t know whether it’s true, and now the whole of my english class are doing through google research so we will see, but ah how weird is that?
